WA_Surf Spots

1. Meelup Beach: A fun and mellow wave when it breaks, needs a really big swell but what a nice beach to bring your lady.

2. Rocky Point: When other spots are big and blown out, we do here!! A great long left-hander (best at 4 to 6ft)

3. The Farm: A great right-hander that breaks on big swells and is mostly off shore and peels over the reef and turns into a beach barrel.

4. Bunker Point: (Quarries) Below the cliffs on big swells another classic lefthander and normally uncrowded.

5. Light House: Another great left break, over shallow reef all the way to the beach.

6. Windmills: A small and fun peak that offers a right and a left and can get really good on it’s day.

7. Three Bears :(my favorite) this is one of the most consistent breaks on this coast and always as some good surf. Left’s and rights just about everyday. 4x4 only.

8. Shivery Rock: A clean left hand break and normally uncrowded. (Because of the hike) A last resort!!!

9. Rabbit Hill: (I like this break) a fast and heavy right-hander beach break. You can score the barrel of your trip here!!

10. Yallingup: (home of our camp) a very long left-hander and has a nice Right barrel. Breaks good on any swell, always waves here!!

11. Super Tubes: A heavy shallow right-hander that spits sick tubes. This is for the serious surfer!!

12. Smiths: A perfect & fun peak that turns into a fast right-hander that peels over soft reef all the way to the beach. Mostly crowded with the grooms. (Best to hit this place early in the morning)

13. Smiths Point: When everywhere else is blown out then this could be the place to be. A fun left-hander that can peel forever. This is the place to practice those perfect bottom turns and smacks off the lips.!

14. Injidup Car Park:  A really fun and barreling right-hander, which is still good on the windy days.

15. P. Break:  A fast and steep right drop but offer a nice inside view, if you know what I mean.

16.  Injiup Point: A little walk from the parking lot but offers a fun workable left point break which has 3 take off spots so it can handle a crowd if any.  Moses:  Another classic left-hander that breaks on all swells and can get pretty heavy in the winter but fun during the summer.

17. Honey Combs: Can be a fun peak but normally is blown out, best early in the morning.

18. Gallows:  A big left that breaks on the outside reef which reforms into a steep takeoff and drop. Normally uncrowded, 4x4 only!

19. South Point:  A long - long left that can peel for hundreds of yards if you make the quick drop and turn fast, you could be in for a room with a view.

20. Hussa’s  (the learning spot) a bunch of left & rights just inside of South Point. A mellow spot, good for long boarding and beginners.

21. North Point (THE BEST WHEN IT BREAKS) probably the heaviest right-break I have surfed in Oz!! A fast, steep, super shallow & hollow wave that you will never forget. It can be your best barrel of your life or the worst!!

22. Guillotine: A peaky reef break that can spit you out of the barrel at  super sonic speed. Works on all swells, 4x4 only (no cutbacks here)

23. Big Rock: This place rocks, get it? A heavy peak that breaks on any swell but when over 5 ft this could be the place to be!! If to big then head down the beach are some other secret spots that can be the score of the trip!!

24. Left Handers, Says it all, easy take off, but then turns into a perfect barrel almost every time. (Small hike but worth it)

25.  The Womb: A fast lefthander over a shallow reef that breaks on any swell and is never really crowded.

26. The Box: World famous and the heaviest wave on the coast when on. A thick powerful right with a steep & fast take off with a view that never seems to end. (This is the spot where I thought about buying a helmet) Danger & glory, that’s what it’s all about, isn’t it?

27.  Margaret River Mouth: Small right over a sand bottom with little threat.

28. Margaret’s Main Break :That is the world famous W.A. break. A long and tubing left-hander that always has a wave. When all else fails we go here. There are also a bunch of other Outer Reef breaks in and away from the Main break, which are less crowded. Can handle up to 20ft, no problem.

29. Grunters: A powerful right that is a long paddle but worth it if you want to beat the crowds and be more solo and still feel your heart beat.

30. Gas Bay: Just below Grunters is a nice right-hander reef break with some beach breaks near by.

31. Red Gate:  A fun and shifty peak over reef and sand. Picks up small swells but maxes out at 8ft.

Believe it or not there are some many more surf spots then these. But we would like to save some surprises for you. Hope to see you here soon!
